Currently Principal and President of Resource Rail, Montenecourt has 30 plus years of international railway experience having worked overseas for most of his career in major global railway markets. Montenecourt’s experience spans railway supply and freight logistics, as well as, railway engineering and railcar fleet management. Recent major experience includes pioneering and managing growth strategies for Amsted Rail, a major US railway supply company in foreign markets of the CIS, Central Asia, Middle East and Asia. Prior to Amsted Rail Montenecourt founded and managed Transolutions, a full service business advisory and engineering company focused on International railway markets which was acquired by Amsted Rail in 2006. Montenecourt began his career with managing and establishing cross-border Intermodal rail services between Europe and the CIS for Sea-Land Service (a then division of CSX Transportation).
